Renewal Registration
Registration confirms your land trust’s intent to renew and is an important step in the process. You’ll confirm your organization’s contact information which ensures your land trust stays up to date with important reminders and messages from the Commission. But before you register, make sure you understand the renewal process steps and, if your land trust hasn’t already, review resources that can help set you up for a successful renewal process.
Registration Overview
Registration opens approximately six months before the main application is due. The main contact in the Accreditation Management System, AMS, will have received registration reminders and due dates prior to registration opening – it’s important to keep contact information current. Your land trust will have instant access to the pre-application and main application after the registration is submitted.
Registration Form
The registration form has three sections (you can preview the registration questions, pre-application and main application in the Renewal Reference Application Packet, see below):

Please note that the registration fee is a flat fee whereas your application fee is calculated based on your land trust’s total annual expenses, learn more.
Due Dates and Fees
Knowing your application due dates and understanding application fees is an important part of the renewal process. Budgeting of your land trust’s time and resources is good planning.
What to Expect After Registration
